Operating within the expanded customer service department, our experienced teams of electronic engineers diagnose and correct faults, as well as carrying out routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
In addition to the service and repair facility, the department is continually evaluating new product prior to the product entering the TEC product profile, ensuring our customers can select the very latest products with confidence
TEC has an electronic LAB with latest electronic testing equipments like Oscilloscope, Digital multimeters, Frequency counter, SMD tools and many more.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT
TEC is much more than a reseller and our commitment to the customer does not end when the product is sold. We pride ourselves on the quality of the on-going support that we provide to our customers. The range of services that we can offer our customers after sale include:
- In-house repair and maintenance facility.
- In-house pre-build facility to safe installation time.
- Telephone technical support in overcoming installation and commissioning problems.
- Field technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Training of customer staff, using manufacturer's personnel where appropriate. This training can be carried out either at the customer's site or at one of our training office.
- Providing commercial and technical literature and manuals on particular products or systems.
- Flexible delivery of products, both in terms of location and timing.
- Job kitting of products so that engineers receive exactly the right equipment to complete one particular job.
- Assistance in sourcing special or customized products.
- Advice on new products and services emerging on to the market.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The technical support team based at the company's head office has grown from strength to strength. The team combines a wealth of experience from the industry, from people who have worked for manufacturers, to personnel who have spent several years working on the tools involved in the installation of Access Control, CCTV and Integrated Systems.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
TEC provides maintenance contract for one year after one year warranty period. We provide four visits in this contract, two inspection visits and two detail service visits.
Our engineer provides general inspection of all the installed devices and takes some necessary actions to run the whole system fault free in the inspection visit. We also provide complete maintenance, including calibration, testing and other required testing recommended by our principle during service visits.
