This solution was compromising more than 140 Nos. cameras including Fix cameras, High speed PTZ Dome cameras and Outdoor weatherproof PTZ cameras, video matrix system and very latest real time digital video recorder. This challenge has been completed in 2003 in the given time.

Creek Vista is one of the modern and states of the art living 5 star apartments in multiple high rising building blocks. TEC got this honor to provide complete safety & security solution not only for block but also each apartment. Access control with automatic barrier for car parking, Fire Alarm System, Closed Circuit Television System, & Intruder Alarm Systems, all these systems control & monitored by microprocessor based hardware with server client based customized software in the control room “Centralized Monitoring Station.

PAKISTAN PETROLUM LIMITED, SUI BALOCHISTAN

Every remote location is considered as more threaten. People are more concerned about their threat protection at these places. Sui is also one the place where people want to be more secure when they are at work places or homes. TEC has provided wireless intruder / panic alarm system to protect the people. Hostels, apartments and offices are protected by installing the Intruder Alarm System. Each intruder alarm system is connected with one centralized monitoring station by wireless network. Whenever an intrusion occurs or anyone needs help an alarm is activated and this signal goes to centralize monitoring station automatically within one second. Centralized monitoring station is occupied with latest digital alarm receiver with monitoring software. This specialize software provides complete information about the type of “Alarm” and sender’s detail. Response force sends to the sender site immediately. This is one of unique installation of its nature and First time in Pakistan.

MERCK MARKER PAKISTAN

Merck Marker is a multinational pharumstical company having their factories and offices all over the Pakistan. They wanted to install Closed Circuit Television System at each location for perimeter, parking & production monitoring purpose. They also desired to monitor all these sites (situated in different cities Karachi, Lahore, Quetta) from its head office in Karachi simultaneously. TEC offered one of the top of line Digital Video Recorder “Fusion” by Honeywell. This “Made in USA” DVR has very latest compression algorithm designed by Honeywell takes very less band width of the network. Therefore we used the existing LAN network. Our client is viewing real time video on the same network where they are performing their daily transactions without overloading the network.

DEUTSCHE BANK

Deutsche Bank is a corporate client of Honeywell worldwide. We are providing safety & security solutions to Deutsche bank in Pakistan. We have installed & commissioned top of the line Access Control System “Prowatch” products in Karachi & Lahore. We have also secured Server room by installing the FM-200 fire suppression system.

CABLE LANDING HAWKSBAY, KARACHI
There is big network switch room where a fiber optics cable landed which came from the Arabian sea. We have completed design, install & commission the FM-200 fire suppression system to protect the equipments in case of fire.  

FINANCE TRADE CENTRE (FTC), KARACHI

Finance & Trade Centre (FTC) of Karachi is located at the main multinational & nationwide business artery, Shahrah-e-Faisal (Faisal Highway). We have installed more than 20 cameras including fix cameras, high speed PTZ dome cameras with digital video recorder & remote monitoring.

NATIONAL ART GALLERY, ISLAMABAD

National Art Gallery, Islamabad is one of the states of art building of Pakistan. We have designed complete security alarm system of more than 100 zones of alarm panel with different type of sensors.

DEEP SEA GAWADER PORT, BOLOCHISTAN

The ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the Gawadar port was performed by President Gen. Prevaiz Musharaf on 22 March 2002. The proposed deep sea port at Gawadar construction was completed in 2007 with the help of China. It is proposed that an area of 45,000 acres would be developed which would include the Gawadar port, the airport, export processing zone housing and other civic amenities to cater for the need of next fifty years. Installation of complete safety & security systems has been done by TEC. Including Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, and Networking etc.

PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTEL, KARACHI.

PC hotel had an old fire alarm system. They were very much noide by its performance i.e very high false alarm rate. They have connected us for our technical opinion. Our engineer had carried out a complete survey and then mutually decided to replace the system with new Honeywell. Finally the latest fire alarm system has been designed, installed & commissioned.
